She arrived at the source of the yell. She found Rory (Doctor Who) & Kurt (glee) hanging from this cliff, both looked seconds away from falling. The ground was crumbling underneath their hands. One of Kurt's hands slipped, and Beth quickly rushed to help him up, but as she did so, Rory's ground crumbled away, and he fell into the rocky water below.
